ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 17.07.2014, investigate expeditiously and proceed against the said person according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed by the respondent police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
