The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.217/2019 dated 22.07.2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the first respondent, submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in C.C.No.274 of 2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
