This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent. Though the second respondent has been served with notice and his name has also been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 3 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed.
