Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Ad-Interim Injunction restraining the Respondent from in any way publishing or issuing the panel for promotion to the post o Executive Engineer (Civil)PWD Department for the panel year 2017-2018 or in any other manner effecting promotion to the said post (in WMP.No.34890/17)pending disposal of the above WP.No.26935/17.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RICHARDSON WILSON Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-
