2. At this stage, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would inform the Court that further action has been dropped, way back in the year 2003 itself and therefore, there is no need to challenge the FIR.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of and the Criminal Original Petition is closed at the SR stage itself.
