ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned
by him, based on his representation, dated 07.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted a representation to the official respondents on 07.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the petitioner will have to submit an on-line application before the 4th respondent seeking for survey and demarcation. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 8, notice to them is dispensed with.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 4th respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of respondents 6 to 8 and from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the
petitioner's representation/ on-line application. 6.
For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh on-line application to the 4th respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries, for the property more fully described in the prayer to the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said on-line application within the stipulated time, the 4th respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, after considering the documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of respondents 6 to 8 and all other necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
