(b) To grant permanent injunction restraining the defendants or any of them or

their agents or any one acting on their behalf from in any way alienating or encumbering the suit schedule properties.

(c) To pay the cost of this suit and thus render justice. O R D E R

Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of original side rules r/w. Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C prays as follows:

(a) For declaring the title of the 1st Plaintiff to the suit schedule properties and directing the Defendants to deliver vacant possession of the suit schedule properties to the 1st plaintiff.

(b) To grant permanent injunction restraining the defendants or any of them or their agents or any one acting on their behalf from in any way alienating or encumbering the suit schedule properties.

(c) To pay the cost.

2.Mr.J.Nandagopal, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that the suit itself has been settled out of Court and seeks leave to withdraw the suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
