Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for entire records pertaining to the impugned Memo cum Suspension order issued by the 4th respondent to the petitioner dated 26.02.2014 and direct the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Headmaster of the said school with full attendant benefits of back wages to the petitioner in pursuance to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1723/A2/2014 dated 16.06.2014.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the order of suspension dated 26.02.2014 is under challenged in the writ petition. During the pendency of the writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the final orders in the disciplinary proceedings have been issued by the competent authority.
2. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
