PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to register FIR on basis of the complaint dated 27.06.2020 and to give police protection to the Petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction, directing the the respondent to register the complaint dated 27.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint he was called for enquiry by the respondent and even then the respondent did not register the case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
