2. Heard Mrs.R.Aparna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent in both Crl.O.Ps and Mr.S.Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.23362 of 2017.

There is no representation for the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.22646 of 2017.

3.The various grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that, both the complaints are bogus in nature. This Court, exercising its power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., would not be justified in giving any findings of these factual aspects. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised several grounds, trying to impress this Court that such an incident narrated in the complaint may not have occurred, I am consciously refraining myself from giving any of my views, in view of the fact that these are subject matters for the investigation and the views of the Court may influence the Investigating Officer. In any case, it would not be appropriate for this Court to step into the shoes of the Investigating Officer by exercising its power under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above, the Investigating Officer shall complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. While conducting such investigation, the Investigating Officer shall ensure that the investigation should not cause any prejudice to the petitioner, which may amount to harassment.

5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
