ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to change the investigation alleging that the respondent police is not properly investigating and not included the prime accused.

2. On perusal of the FIR, it appears that the statement was given by the injured victim and based on that, investigation is going on. After few days, improved version of complaint had been sent to Inspector General of Police to rope in few more persons.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representation will be taken note of and investigation will be done.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Vv 15.04.2024 2/4
