the records of the 7th respondent herein/ Tahsildar, Chetupattu Taluk vide his proceeding Na.Ka. No.Aa1/ 0034 / 2006 dated 09.01.2026 and the 2nd respondent vide his proceeding Na.Ka. No.A3/ 05/ 2026 dated 12.01.2026 to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to permitting the villagers of Kottupakkam village to conduct festival of the Arulmighu Dharmaraja Temple , Arulmighu Mariamman Temple, Arulmighu Karunakara Perumal Temple in Kottupakkam village and thereby by allowing them to let their cattle on every year in the Mandaveli Poramboku land in S.No.55 at Kottupakkam Village first and then the villagers of Melacherry be allowed to let their cattle in the Mandaveli Poramboku land allotted of their S.No.128/2 and consequential issue directions to the 5, 6 and 8 the respondents to give police protection to them to conduct the festival without any interference by Melacherry villagers as per the Decree and Judgment of Permanent Injunction dated 29.04.2009 in O.S. ORDER

Challenging the proceedings of the 7th respondent herein/ Tahsildar, Chetupattu Taluk vide in Na.Ka. No.Aa1/ 0034 / 2006 dated 09.01.2026 and the 2nd respondent vide his proceeding Na.Ka.No.A3/ 05/ 2026 dated 12.01.2026 to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to permitting the villagers of Kottupakkam village to conduct festival of the Arulmighu Dharmaraja Temple, Arulmighu Mariamman Temple, Arulmighu Karunakara Perumal Temple in Kottupakkam village and thereby by allowing them to let their cattle on every year in the Mandaveli Poramboku land in S.No.55 at Kottupakkam Village first and then the villagers of Melacherry be allowed to let their cattle in the Mandaveli Poramboku land allotted of their

S.No.128/2 and consequential issue directions to the 5, 6 and 8 the respondents to give police protection to them to conduct the festival without any interference by Melacherry villagers as per the Decree and Judgment of Permanent Injunction dated 29.04.2009 in O.S.No.108/2007, Sub court, Cheyyar 2.When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach competent civil court. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate civil forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
