Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that both the petitioner and the respondent are living together as on date.

3. Taking into consideration the above said change in circumstances of the case, the Family Court, Tiruvallur is directed to pass appropriate orders, after ascertaining from the parties whether they are living together or not.
