Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2.This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026 for refund of Rs.27,89,770/-, purportedly paid pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 22.05.2025 in W.P.No.18841 of 2025, will be considered and disposed on merits, in view of the subsequent order dropping the demand confirmed earlier vide order dated 30.11.2023. 4.Recording the above statement, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible to refund the amount paid in excess.
