Mr.T.Pradeep learned counsel representing Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel further submits that he has filed a memo dated 28.10.2025 to the above effect enclosing therewith a letter dated 15.10.2025 received from the petitioner instructing him to withdraw the writ petition.
