O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned J.M.No.II, Cuddalore to accept common sureties in Crl.M.P.No.2230/2015 to Crl.M.P.No.2238/2015 ordered on 19.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was granted bail in all these cases earlier and he absconded on 22.09.2014, on account of which Non-bailable warrant was issued. The petitioner was again apprehended by the Police on 11.05.2015 and he is under judicial custody. Despite his obscondance, the Trial Court has granted him bail, on condition that, he should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum.

4. Now, this petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner should be permitted to submit common sureties. In the considered opinion of this Court, for an absconder, such a direction cannot be passed. Therefore this Court directs the Trial Court to complete the trial in these cases within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
