ORDER
Heard Mr.Mr.C.Veeragahavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation dated 04.08.2016 and to direct the 2nd respondent to restore her name and her sisters name in the joint patta.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced an order of the Tahsildar, Annur dated 13.08.2019, to show that the representation of the petitioner was rejected. The order is placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In the light of the above fact, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
