O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide clarifications sought by the petitioner company vide representation dated 08.04.2023, as contemplated under Rule 17(2) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000 and to extend the last date of submission of the tender sufficiently to provide opportunity for the petitioner company and other similarly placed interested bidders to submit their bids for successful implementation of the project.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that the very same tender notification in tender reference RC.Number:613/PUR-1/2023 dated 27.02.2023 was 2/4

challenged before this Court in W.P.No.7276 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 16.03.2023, dismissed the said writ petition. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner therein preferred appeal in W.A.No.660 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court quashed the tender notification. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
