Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram Campus in the appropriate post.

Mr.T.Pradeep learned counsel representing Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel further submits that he has filed a memo dated 28.10.2025 to the above effect enclosing therewith a letter dated 15.10.2025 received from the petitioner instructing him to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Recording the said memo dated 28.10.2025 filed along with a copy of the letter dated 15.10.2025, this writ is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
