(Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) The petitioner, who has filed this Writ Petition as Party in person, has not appeared before this Court today. 2.

The prayer sought for, in this Writ Petition, is to cancel the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) Examination conducted on 07.05.2017. In the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, approving the conduct of the NEET examination, the question of entertaining the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition does not arise. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
