When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above, this transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
