1. Mr.Pradeep Kumar, who appears for the applicant, says that pursuant to the settlement that has been arrived at between the applicant and the respondent, the subject vehicle, which was seized by the Advocate Commissioner, has been handed over to the respondent.

2. In these circumstance, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not wish to press the captioned application. Further more, it is noticed that the Advocate Commissioner was directed to be paid an initial remuneration of Rs.20,000/- for execution of the commission. The Advocate Commissioner, who is present in Court, seeks additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/-.

3. Having regard to the fact that the commission was executed in the State of Bihar and given the fact that the prayer made by the Advocate Commissioner with regard to the additional remuneration is not opposed by the counsel for the applicant, the applicant, is directed to pay additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Since, the main application is not pressed any further by the counsel for the applicant, this application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Sl 02.06.2016
