(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) It is stated that on 30.08.2022, the Division Bench has passed an order, the operative portion of which is as follows:-
6. The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.08.2022, duly signed by both the appellant as well as respondent and their respective conusel is taken on file and the same is recorded. Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.08.2022 and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of by dissolving the marriage solemnized between the appellant and respondent on 02.07.2006 in terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.08.2022 shall form part of the decree. The Decree shall be kept in abeyance till compliance of the order passed by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

2. The learned counsel for the parties would represent that the requirements of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise have been complied with and therefore the decree for divorce can be given effect to.
