O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 20.09.2021 in CSR.No.845 of 2021 as per the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in Crl.M.P.No.946 of 2022.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner's husband was assaulted by one Yuvaraj and he has also abused the Petitioner with filthy language. There are CCTV footage to prove the acts of the accused. The petitioner lodged a complaint, based on which only CSR has been given and there is no action taken against the complaint of the Petitioner. Thereby, the Petitioner had approached the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur by filing application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C in C.M.P.No.946 of 2022.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur by order dated 08.04.2022, had directed

the Respondent to investigate the complaint of the Petitioner dated 20.09.2021 in CSR.No.845 of 2021 and register the FIR and file a report before the Court on or before 21.04.2022 whereas, the Respondent has not complied the same.

3.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur would be complied within a period of two weeks.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent police to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur dated 08.04.2022 and report the same before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
