Defendant PRAYER: Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code 1908 R/w Order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rules praying to pass the following judgment and decree against the defendant:- a. for a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men, agent or person claiming through him in any manner from disturbing with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property and in any manner interfering, preventing the plaintiff from carrying on the repair works in the suit schedule property.

b. for such other relief as this Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

c. for costs of the suit and justice be rendered.

J U D G M E N T

Mr.S.Elambharathi, learned counsel for the plaintiff appeared online and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed. Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee, if it is permissible, in accordance with law.
