Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.4730 of 2021 dated 15.03.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.M.SANTHARAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4730 of 2021.

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4730 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioner on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition. 3.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition from 22.03.2021.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the above bail condition imposed on him and also considering the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and this criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
