The writ petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time as prescribed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the General Secretary, who represented the petitioner Sangam died. Therefore, he seeks liberty to submit fresh representation in the name of the new General Secretary to the respondents.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to submit fresh representation by the new General Secretary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
