By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to have purchased land admeasuring to an extent of 1.00 acres comprised in Survey No.60/2A1 situated in Sirukothan Village through a registered sale deed bearing document no.1288 of 2013 dated 10.06.2013 registered on the office of the Sub Registration Office, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and he submitted a representation dated 16.06.2014 during the grievance day praying for surveying the land and it was also followed by a reminder dated 07.05.2015 and since no orders have been passed came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 16.06.2014 and the reminder dated 07.05.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
