No.624 of 2018:- Civil suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass a decree and judgment in her favour for:- a) declaration that the plaintiff and the defendant are the legal heirs of the deceased Dr.K.Raja Venkatesh; b) pass a preliminary decree for partition declaring the plaintiff is entitled to 1/2 share of the suit schedule mentioned property;

c) appoint an advocate commissioner to divide the properties by metes and bounds and pass a final decree in terms of the preliminary decree;

A. No.3079 of 2019:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass a final decree in C.S. No.624 of 2018. This civil suit along with the application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- The parties have entered into a compromise and the terms of the compromise has been reduced into a memorandum of compromise signed by both the parties as well as their counsels.

2. The said memorandum of compromise is taken on file. There will be a final decree in terms of compromise. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree.
