O R D E R

The order dated 19.04.2021 issued by the first respondentDeputy Inspector General of Registration, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The District Registrar passed an order relegating the parties to approach the Competent Civil Court of Law for the purpose of establishing the title.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the civil suit has already been been instituted in OS No.16 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Ranipet. The said suit was instituted by the writ petitioner himself.

4. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the suit, which was already instituted by him before the II Additional District

Court, Ranipet.

5. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
