The writ petition was disposed of with a direction that the respondents in the writ petition have to ensure that the Seniority List is prepared in accordance with the Rules and the name of the petitioner is to be included in the Seniority List in the appropriate place, taking note of the condition stipulated in the order of transfer dated 13.04.2015.

2. Though the order requires no further clarification, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not implemented the orders by including the name of the petitioner in the Seniority List in the appropriate place.

3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to include the name of the petitioner in the Seniority List in the appropriate place, based on the condition stipulated in the order of transfer dated 13.04.20215.
