This petition has been filed to restore the Writ Petition which was dismissed for default.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as his counsel was not well and as he was unable to appear before this Court on 05.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for default and no representation for the petitioner is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the case, this application Ordered.
