ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff produced a copy of the order dated 05.09.2019 passed by a Division Bench of this court in Comp. A.Nos.273, 177 and 161 of 2019, 59 to 61, 336, 431, 432, 479 and 480 of 2018, 462, 463 and 476 to 480 of 2017 and 220 and 221 of 2016 in C.P.No.267 of 2015 and OSA No.93 of 2019.

2. The above said order clearly shows that the plaintiff's company has been wound up and the proceedings are pending before NCLT.

3. Inview of the orders passed by this court in the above said petitions, this civil suit is disposed of with a liberty to the plaintiff to make a claim before the NCLT. Consequently, connected application is closed. Court fees paid by the plaintiff shall be refunded as per law.
