Mr.K.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider their communication dated 19.05.2017, wherein and whereby, they sought for production of certain document viz., MIS report. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not considered the request so far. It is needless to say, that it is for the respondent to consider the said request and pass appropriate orders, without loss of further time.
