The order under challenge is dismissal of Transfer Original Petition filed before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. On notice, both the parties have appeared before this Court and by consensus, the matter is transferred to VI Additional Judge, Family

Court, Chennai. Further, a direction is given to the VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the maintenance case vide. M.C.No.237 of 2018 itself within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter to dispose of other O.P's as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs.
