(Crime No.138 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Paragraph no.3 of the order dated 19.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8949 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court that the 1st and 2nd petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakuthoon Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., The 3rd to 5th petitioners are stay at Trichy and report before the contonment Police Staion daily at 10.30 a.m.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8949 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 directing the 1st and 2nd petitioners to stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 3rd to 5th petitioners to stay at Trichy and report before the Contonment Police Station daily 10.30 a.m. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
