By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be owner of 300 square feet of land by way of "Hiba (gift)" from Mumtaj Ounnisa Begam by means of written document dated 01.02.1975 prays for issuance of patta by submitting an application dated 09.03.2015 followed by reminder dated 13.04.2015 and since no orders have been passed came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/ representation dated 09.03.2015 and the reminder dated 13.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
