ORDER

The petitioners are apprehending arrest by the second respondent herein for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 314, 316(2), 318 and 61(2) of BNS and Section 3, 4 and 6 of D.P.A, in Crime No.126 of 2025, seeking interstate anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence; that there were matrimonial differences between the first accused and the defacto complainant and seeks interstate anticipatory bail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.

4. Though notice has been ordered on 27.03.2025 and served on the second respondent, there is no representation for the second respondent. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has not Page No.2 of 6

seriously objected.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is inclined to grant interim interstate anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioners to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate remedy.

6. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of three weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, Tiruppur District within a period of seven days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within two weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners may approach the competent Court and seek appropriate relief.

7. The order granted by this Court shall remain in force for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or until such time Page No.3 of 6

regular orders are passed by the appropriate Court, whichever is earlier. Failure on the part of the petitioners to comply with the order within the time frame fixed by this Court, the order shall stand, automatically, cancelled. 8.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
