ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J) This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct the enrolment of the petitioner through video conference and issue/allot the enrolment number.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2020 was considered by the second respondent and he was enrolled as an Advocate bearing Enrol.No.614 of 2020. Hence, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
