Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that "the Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.7556 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15939 of 2020 order dated 15.12.2020 in Crime No.807 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMANTA AND STON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15939 of 2020 on 15.12.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners in SC.No.15 of 2021.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
