ORDER

The petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the respondent in N.Ka.A1/14722/2025 dated 02.01.2026 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice

of this Court, the impugned order has been passed without giving any notice to the petitioner and without affording an opportunity to the petitioner to make her representation before the respondents.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, considering the fact that the orders have been passed by the respondent without issuing notice to the petitioner and hearing her, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondent for a fresh consideration. The respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner herein, give her a personal hearing and thereafter, pass the speaking orders. The said exercise shall be completed by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
