This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to dispose of C.C.No.283 of 2015 within a limited time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in C.C.No.283 of 2015, there are 14 witnesses, out of which, three witnesses were examined and for examination of witnesses LW4 and LW5, the case is posted on 09.01.2021.

3.In view of the above limited prayer sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner and trial is in progress, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to complete the trial if it is not completed in C.C.No.283 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in any event, not beyond the month of April 2021.
