Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.6727/2021 dated 07.04.2021 on condition to report before the All Women Police Station Thirupathur daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6727 of 2021.

This Court, by order dated 07.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6727 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioners on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition from 10.04.2021. He further submitted that the second and third petitioners have been tested positive for COVID-19 and so, they were not able to comply with the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition.
Taking into consideration of the fact that the first petitioner had been complying with the above bail condition imposed on him and also the fact that the second and third petitioners had been tested positive for COVID-19 and also considering the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and this criminal original petition is ordered accordingly. -sd/- 12/05/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
