(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The proceedings of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram dated 07.04.2021 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

2. The learned Senior Counsel, Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has not exhausted the appellate remedy, as contemplated under the Rules. Since, the petitioner has chosen to prefer an appeal challenging the said order, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
