Writ Petition No.1473/14 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned tender notification/public auction notice issued by the respondent in his proceedings Na. Ka. NO.156/2013 dated 6.1.2014 published in Dinathanthi newspaper on 14.1.2014 in so far relates to Shop NOs.1 and 2 and vacant site for running hotel and right to collect amount for pay and use toilet situated in Bus Stand Muthur Tiruppur District and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to extend the lease period for another three years as per G.O.Ms.NO.92 Municipal Administration Department dated 3.7.2007.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted a letter dated 14.07.2016 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petitions for withdrawal. The matters are listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matters are taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement to that effect has also been made.

Hence, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
