ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.295 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner itself submitted that initally the case has been registered for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC and now altered to Section 302 of I.P.C . Hence, he sought permission of this Court to file another petition.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is liberty to file another petition with the altered sections.
