When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 64 years and he was called up on by the respondent police without any case registered against him.

2. If at all no case is pending against the petitioner, the respondent police is directed not to call him unnecessarily.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
