The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return the pending document No.P201400092 dated 05.12.2014. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Sale Deed dated 05.12.2014 presented for registration before respondent was returned unregistered in the year 2015 itself and that subsequently, the 1st petitioner presented another document dated 02.07.2020 in respect of the very same property and the said document has been registered as Document No.2937/2020 by the respondent. Further, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent had also released the document to the 1st petitioner and he has also received the same.
