PRAYER :- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, pleased to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court of Salem and transfer the same to the Family Court, Erode. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Guruprasad

ORDER

This Court, by its order dated 30.10.2023, disposed of this Transfer Civil Revision Miscellaneous Petition by directing the Family Court, Erode to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2023 and complete it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2. However, the time granted by this Court got expired, within which, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2023 was not completed. Therefore, the Family Court, Erode, has sent a letter dated 05.03.2025 to the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature, Madras, seeking further extension of two months time to dispose of the said case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

3. In view of the above, this Court, is inclined to grant further period of two months to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2023 and the learned Family Court Judge, Erode, is directed to expedite the proceedings and complete it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
