The matter is relating to compassionate appointment for the petitioner.

The third respondent by proceedings dated Na.Ka.No.80/Aa/2013 dated 27.05.2015 recommended to the second respondent in respect of compassionate appointment of the petitioner.

2. In view of the narrow prayer made during the hearing of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the communication sent by the third respondent dated 27.05.2015 in respect of compassionate appointment to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
